Electrical Wires and Cables can be found everywhere and are exposed to harsh temperatures and extreme environmental conditions. The cold bend test allows cable manufacturers to understand how the entire cable might react to cold temperature and mechanical bending.
After the cold winding test, if there is no visual surface damage, or issues after undergoing further electrical tests, the cable passes the cold bend test.
