We are looking for an Administrative Officer to reinforce our Technical Assistance team.
Together with colleagues in the department, you will be responsible for planning the work of the technicians’ team; receive requests for assistance and the corresponding appointment with customers; place orders for materials and follow up on open orders; send budget proposals to clients; carry out transportation requests; manage customer security platforms; follow-up and closing of contact requests.
We are looking for a responsible person, with a taste for working in a team, good organizational skills and management of priorities, with a minimum experience of 2 years in similar functions and fluency in English and Spanish. If you have technical knowledge in the field of refrigeration equipment, it will be a plus!
