Are fluorescent lights being banned?
Yes. Under the updated RoHS Directive, T5 and T8 fluorescent lamps are no longer allowed in the EU since August 2023.
Can I choose the LED type or light spectrum?
Yes. Aralab offers several LED options — Cool-White 4000K, Warm-White 3000K, HP LED 3500K, and fully custom spectra — allowing you to select the most suitable lighting for your research or application.
Are all chamber models eligible for the LED retrofit?
