These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern access to and use of the website www.aralab.pt ("Website"), as well as any requests for information, quotations or services submitted through it.

Aralab manufactures environmental and climatic test chambers for research, stability, testing and quality control applications in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, automotive, aeronautics, defence, electronics, agroindustry and other sectors.

Submitting a request for information or a quotation through the Website does not constitute any contractual obligation on the part of Aralab. Commercial proposals are valid for the periods stated therein and are subject to written confirmation by Aralab.

Prices stated in any quotation exclude VAT and other applicable taxes, as well as costs for transport, installation and training, unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website — including texts, images, photographs, logos, videos, graphics, software and design — is the exclusive property of Aralab or used under licence, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Without prior written authorisation from Aralab, it is strictly prohibited to:

  • Use Aralab's brand, logo or visual identity for commercial purposes;
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any software made available on the Website.
