Aralab announces an evolution in its governance model, effective January 1, 2026.
The Executive Team, which until now included the company’s two founders and Luís Branco, will now be composed of Luís Branco as Chief Executive Officer and three members of the second generation of the Araújo family – António Araújo as Chief Digital & Service Officer, Eduardo Coelho Araújo as Chief Operating Officer, and João Cintra Araújo as Chief eXperience Officer.
The members of the second generation of the Araújo family joined the company in recent years and have been serving in management roles across various areas of Aralab’s operations, after having built their professional careers at multinational companies across various sectors.
Aralab’s founders, João and Eduardo Araújo, will remain involved. Going forward, they will take on the role of Non-Executive Directors, supporting and advising the new management team.
This new Executive Team is focused on continuing Aralab’s ambition to be an international reference in the climate simulation and environmental testing sector, while maintaining a focus on innovation and business growth. In assuming the role of CEO, Luís Branco will lead this plan, supported by a rejuvenated leadership and by Non-Executive Directors who ensure continuity and Aralab’s long-term vision. In doing so, the company reinforces its commitment to its mission: developing environmental testing solutions and climate chambers that empower the scientific and industrial community worldwide.
