Aralab’s walk-in test chambers designed for assessments under the ISO 23953-1:2015 standard, excel in cold storage solutions testing. SUN SIMULATION AND SOLAR LIGTH

Sun simulation and solar light testing are crucial for product quality and reliability. From solar panels to textiles, these tests ensure products can withstand real-world conditions. We visited a project we delivered a few years ago for testing photovoltaic modules, with the integration of a solar simulator (IEC 60904) and environmental chambers (IEC 61215).

TESTA 1.000 SOLAR RADIATION CHAMBER

Designed to simulate temperature, climatic conditions, and irradiation, TESTA 1.000 Solar Radiation chamber provides insights into how products react under various sun, humidity, and temperature conditions. Equipped with a 2500W lamp that offers full global spectrum, this TESTA 1.000 radiation chamber ensures accurate sunlight for testing plastics, polymers, raw materials, coatings, electronic components and assemblies across various sectors. With individually programmable parameters such as global irradiation, temperature, and humidity, our chamber helps reproducing extreme conditions to help companies understand product performance and ensuring product durability!

REACH-IN MEETS WALK-IN

We recently finished a customized solution for the automotive development and testing industry. This innovative project included 3 main components: A 1.000-liter TESTA reach-in chamber for environmental and temperature testing, featuring an impressive gradient of 10K/minute. This reach-in chamber can work as a stand-alone equipment, or coupled to the walk-in. A walk-in sized chamber for testing vehicle sub-systems and components, with a temperature range between -40°C and 120°C. This cooling capacity is provided by the coupled reach-in chamber. Radiation testing in compliance with DIN 75-220 standards, within a 1700mm x 1700mm testing area. With this comprehensive and flexible solution, our client can conduct thorough and reliable testing, ensuring the quality and durability of their solutions for the automotive industry.

OUR COTTON JOURNEY CONTINUES!

As the plants have matured, they’ve reached the boll development stage, showcasing the power of ideal environmental and light conditions within our chambers. Leaves are drying, and our organic cotton is well on its way to fulfilling its intended research purpose. Stay tuned as we embark on our next chapter: Growing the luxurious Sea Island Cotton (Gossypium barbadense) in our FitoClima Growth chambers. We’re excited to demonstrate the potential of our chambers to support this premium cotton variety, prized for its softness and durability.

BREWING A BETTER FUTURE FOR COFFEE

At the Plant-Environment Interactions Lab from CEF’s Associate Laboratory TERRA, researchers are utilizing Aralab’s plant growth chambers for their Coffee cultivars Research! By simulating the effects of climate change on coffee plants, our technology is supporting researchers in understanding the impact of rising temperatures and CO2 levels. This research aims to ensure the continued success of our cherished coffee beans in an ever-changing world, while tackling the challenges posed by coffee rust and climate.

This is a FitoClima 32.000 PLH Growth Room filled with an array of delicious, pesticide-free greens! From germination trays to medium-sized veggies, our chambers create the perfect environment for healthy and delicious produce that grow all year round. (Our team enjoyed a delicious mix of lettuces, parsley, watercress, and basil, all grown right here at the factory!)
