A revolutionary project that aims to test the production of vegetables in a fully controlled environment with high levels of productivity, reuse of water and without any use of pesticides or herbicides. Known as āIndoor Vertical Farmingā, this form of agricultural production distinguishes itself from other production methods by the vertical occupation of space ā thus increasing the production capacity per square meter ā by the use of artificial light optimized for vegetables, and by the control of water and nutrients used.
